An update from us here at Luggie about Covid-19
Together we are facing a truly challenging and unprecedented situation. The global Coronavirus is affecting our families, our communities, our businesses and our way of life. It is vital that we continue to navigate this together and do everything possible to keep each other safe, so I wanted to update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Luggie Scooters.
Showroom open from 15th June – Phone lines open now!
In line with Governing advice, the business is back open and we can accept customers from the 15th June. The world is slowly getting back to normal and so a lot of our customers want to have demonstrations, book in services and visit our showroom. We have taken the necessary precautions to ensure that both our staff and customers are safe. From the 15th June we will be welcoming customers back into our showroom with distanced markings on the floor along with a one way system to make sure everyone can shop safely.
Our demonstrators have all the required PPE and disinfect and clean each demonstration scooter before use with a customer. They can do this in front of you if you prefer. Our demonstrations can be held outside to give you the distance you need to feel comfortable.
Both our home services and the services completed in our workshop here in Leigh are fully contactless. You can leave your scooter outside your home for the engineer to complete the service in his vehicle. Or leave the scooter outside of our workshop and the customer service team will call you when it’s ready to collect. We accept contact-less card payments over the phone.
