An update from us here at Luggie about Covid-19

Together we are facing a truly challenging and unprecedented situation. The global Coronavirus is affecting our families, our communities, our businesses and our way of life. It is vital that we continue to navigate this together and do everything possible to keep each other safe, so I wanted to update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Luggie Scooters.

Online orders sent and will be with you within 5-7 working days!
At the moment our staff are working reduced hours. The phone lines will be open on Mondays and Thursdays between 9am and 5pm weekly. Our servicing team will be able to resume from the 2nd February and our staff will be working through all of our customers to make sure everyone is offered their service which we are able to do contactless.
Socially distanced demonstrations:
Demonstrations are available!

Our demonstrators have all the required PPE and disinfect and clean each demonstration scooter before use with a customer. They can do this in front of you if you prefer. Our demonstrations can be held outside to give you the distance you need to feel comfortable.

Contact-less Servicing

The services completed in our workshop here in Leigh are fully contactless. You can leave the scooter outside of our workshop and the customer service team will call you when it’s ready to collect. We accept contact-less card payments over the phone.
