Delivery for mobility scooters is usually via pallet due to size and weight.
Mobility scooters are sent fully assembled to MAINLAND UK FREE OF CHARGE
Extra charges can apply to certain areas such as Highlands, Northern Ireland etc. To check please contact us prior to sale to confirm the extra charge
We are proud to offer express delivery and we can have the scooter delivered to you by the next working day when you order before 1pm. This service is free of charge. Your item will be delivered by Courier and you will receive a quick start guide, demonstration DVD and customer pack to help get your started.
Alternatively, you can select the white glove delivery service and we can arrange to have your product delivered by our expert product demonstrators. We will schedule a time and date to suit you and have your product delivered within 7-14 days from your order date. The team will unpack your scooter and demonstrate how to operate it before leaving to ensure your complete peace of mind.
