Jasmine is the newest member to the team who will be studying alongside working hard to gain her customer service qualifications. She will be busy packing your orders and on hand to help answer your questions on the telephone.

Zoe frequently books in your Home Demonstrations and is trained in everything Luggie. Zoe is here to answer all queries you may have about our scooters or products

Jorden is an experienced engineer and he will often carry out the home services and Luggie Scooter hoist installations. He enjoys being part of the engineering team and is always happy to help.

Cameron is the newest member to the team and is currently training as an apprentice  engineer.  He is enjoying learning invaluable skills from the team and is quickly becoming an expert in Luggie.

Vicky has been with Luggie for over 3 years and processes all Luggie orders. She also demonstrates our scooters to customers in the showroom and offers her expert advice on the telephone.

Brian has a wealth of experience & technical knowledge and it meticulous when it comes to carrying out Luggie Scooter services. He offers support to the team with any technical queries.

Chloe has recently taken on a new role managing Luggie Social Media and will be on hand to answer any online enquiries you may have. Having previously worked hard handling customer orders Chloe is an experienced member of the team and always happy to help.

Scott regularly receives positive feedback from our customers. He has fantastic product knowledge and enjoys ensuring each customer gets the right product for them

Mark has been with the team for over 6 years, he is a technical expert in all things Luggie! He supports his engineering team in house and on the road and will happily answer any customer queries.

Kathryn has been with Luggie for over 9 years and finds it very rewarding working in the Mobility industry. Mostly she oversees the workings of the business at head office, and she also takes care of any escalated customer queries.

Luggie Engineer, Peter, has been servicing our mobility scooters for over 10 years and has expansive knowledge of everything Luggie! He services the scooters in our workshop in leigh. With his excellent knowledge he also trains any new members of the engineering team.

Allan is our longest serving product demonstrator and often supports the demonstration team with his valued knowledge. He receives excellent customer feedback and is happy to answer any customer queries,
