Well traveled scooter – Anne Hayward

Apart from using the scooter for local travel, this year it has been to Marjorca, France, Italy and La Gomera. It takes me right to the plane (most times) and, because of easy folding, can be taken on cruises. It is so easy to manage that I can wheel my suitcase while riding it. Taxi drivers are impressed by the ease of folding and small space needed. The annual service was carried out promptly with both pick up and return being at the times given. Just wish it had an alarm as it is so quiet people don’t realise I am near them with the result that I’ve had someone step back right into me. Calling ‘excuse me’ isn’t always well received even when the pavement is completely blocked.
