How to request a home demonstration?

Choosing a time and date:
Choose a date and time which suits you! Our demonstrators usually work between 9-5 however we understand you may not always be available during these times so we can accommodate for late appointments when needed.
Who would you like to bring?
We often encourage Family Members to be there especially if they’ll be helping to lift the scooter or have any worries/concerns.
What happens during your appointment?
You can expect a friendly greeting from one of our product demonstrators, Scott, Allan, or Jon. They will arrive at your property with the full range of scooters, at this point of your experience with us you would have already spoken to one of our fantastic customer support team who would have briefly told you about our scooters and the differences between them, or you may have already seen the best scooter for your needs in the in-depth brochure we sent you.
Our demonstrators will have a friendly chat with you to identify what your needs are and what scooter is best suited. Because we have a full range of scooters, you can try which ever scooter you think suits your needs, if the demonstrator feels another scooter would be better, they will be more than happy to demonstrate multiple scooters to find the right model for you.
On a test drive of the scooter, you may want to go to your local park or shop to test the different terrains, the demonstrator will be more than happy to accommodate this for you.
Placing your order?
We accept cash, card, cheque, and bank transfer payments. Once the purchase has been made, the demonstrator will provide a full invoice/ receipt. If ordered before 1pm we offer a next day courier delivery service. We also offer a white glove delivery service for an additional £75, where one of our friendly demonstrators will deliver and set up your scooter personally. The lead time for white glove deliveries is 5-7 working days.
What about the aftercare?
We don’t say goodbye once you have placed your order, you are investing in the support and peace of mind that you can only get from a nationwide coverage of in house/on road engineers, a knowledgeable demonstration team who are all supported by a UK based office team. Our Free phone line is open Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm offering dedicated and first-class customer support.
